DIRECTIONS FOR 8 OZ. DRINK:

BLENDED
Add to blender canister
3 fl oz (1/3 cup) milk or water
1.5 oz (3 Tbsp) of drink mix
8 oz cup of ice
Blend until creamy and enjoy!

HOT
Add 3 to 4 Tbsp drink mix to 8 oz mug
Briskly stir in hot milk or water

DIRECTIONS FOR 16 OZ. DRINK :

BLENDED
- Add to blender:
- 6 fl oz milk or water
- 3 oz (2 scoops) of drink mix
- 10 oz ice
- Blend until creamy. Top with whipped cream if desired.

HOT
- Add 3 oz (2 scoops) of drink mix into 16 oz cup
- Fill to top with steamed milk or water

OPTIONS
- Top with whipped cream or marshmallows.
-  Add a dash of your favorite liqueur or a shot
   of espresso.
